This role is responsible for monitoring production practices, conducting inspections and testing, supporting HACCP/FSMA requirements, and documenting all QA activities. Key Responsibilities Quality & Food Safety Monitoring Perform in-process inspections, product checks, and quality testing throughout the shift. Verify HACCP, CCP, and pre-op checks are completed and documented. Monitor metal detector and equipment verification processes. Production Support Work closely with production leads to identify and correct quality concerns. Support root-cause investigation for any deviations or non-conformances. Ensure compliance with customer specifications, SQF, and regulatory standards. Report any food safety or quality risks immediately to QA leadership.
