Position Description
The position requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in construction staking, including experience with buildings, structures, robotics, and GPS equipment. California field experience required, this position will provide heavy support with office CAD & Civil3D as well as perform field work as needed, reporting to the VP of Engineering. PLS license in CA required. Minimum Position Experience
5+ years of experience in the survey-mapping field
AutoCAD proficiency and Civil3D
Recent construction staking experience, Boundary Topographic survey experience.
Experience with Carlson Software and Leica Systems
Must be proficient with Trimble surveying equipment and software, and specifically 1-man robotic data collection.
Solid math skills, Team Player Attitude, Desire to help teach others.
California field experience
Preferred Background
Three years of journey level experience with responsible charge on a survey project which has involved the use, adjustment, and care of surveying instruments; both with a field crew and processing work in the office.
Proficient in a wide range of computer programs which may include MS Office Suite, CADD (Civil3D, Carlson, MicroSurvey, or other drafting package), Processing/adjustment software (Trimble Business Center, StarNet, etc.)
Three or more years of Digital Terrain Model (DTM), GPS, collection and processing, least square adjustment, Topographic surveys, and boundary surveys experience.
Required Licenses:
Professional Land Surveyors License from the State of California.
Valid California Driver's License.

Position Description
The Construction Foreman position includes but is not limited to performing construction duties as needed and supervising job site personnel and subcontractors to complete the scope of work assigned. The Construction Foreman will assist in coordinating construction projects in a manner that maximizes profitability to the company, surpasses the expectations of our clients, and ensures a quality product that meets or exceeds the industry standard. This position will provide services in an efficient and timely manner and conduct business in a safe, ethical, and professional manner. Additionally, this position will act as Job Site Safety Officer and implement internal company safety policies at the job site. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee and participate in all field activities. Provide photo documentation of all phases of the day.
Consistently present in the work area unless relieved by an interim Foreman approved by the Construction Manager or Project Manager.
Order materials (gravel, concrete, etc.), call-off and document rental equipment.
Inspect and inventory equipment/materials/parts at the time of delivery for damage, necessary quantities, and to ensure specifications are met.
Schedule inspections, meet with inspectors and oversee subcontractors.
Conduct and document daily tailgate safety meetings including identification of potential safety hazards in and around the work area.
Ensure all individuals within the work area are compliant with all safety requirements, ensure the work area is always clean and secure.
Adjusting with changing field conditions and requirements.
Immediately report all accidents and incidents to Project Manager or Construction Manager.
Continually discuss issues affecting the schedule with the Construction Manager or Project Manager.
Keep the job within allotted labor hours. Discuss overtime hours with the Construction Manager or Project Manager prior to implementation.
Submit project related documentation to Project Manager.
Minimum Experience & Requirements
A valid California Driver's License, acceptable driving record, company provided vehicle with secure at-home parking.
3-5 years related experience in commercial petroleum construction installation/supervision.
Current or prior ICC UST Install/Retrofit, ICC UST Decommissioning and ICC Service Technician and Veeder Root certifications.
24 or 40-hour HAZWOPER certificate or current 8-hour refresher courses.
Drive a company vehicle to job sites and drive extensive distances, occasionally up to 1000 miles per week (and conduct daily DVIR inspections).
Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Teams, Word).
Other Requirements

About the Role
We're hiring Petroleum Service Technicians-from hands-on learners just starting out to seasoned techs ready to lead. Technicians test, maintain, repair refueling equipment and ensure regulatory compliance for underground and aboveground storage tank systems (USTs/ASTs). You'll work on fuel system equipment at gas stations, marinas, airports, and more, helping clients meet critical environmental regulations. Training provided.

About the Role
We are hiring experienced Electricians to join a traveling crew focused on the installation of EV charging infrastructure across California. This position is centered on new build installations of Level 2 and DC fast charging stations, with projects divided roughly 50/50 between Northern and Southern California.

This position is limited to work associated with capital construction, modernization, and sustainability projects as defined under the Bond Program. Duties performed under this position shall not include routine maintenance, repair, or operational tasks that fall within the responsibilities of facilities Maintenance & Operations (M&O). Makes field checks on construction, demolition, rehabilitation, alteration addition or repair projects to determine compliance with job specifications, plans, established College standards, and Division of the State Architect (DSA) Requirements.
