This position will require the Production Technician to be highly functional in multiple disciplines and help support the fabrication team to deliver a finished product to TAIT's standards of quality. This position also provides access to continued growth within the department based on skillset and training. The Associate Project Manager executes project related tasks and associated deliverables, collects data, ensures results, and works closely with each project team to assist in on time delivery and task completion. The Associate Project Manager scope of work involves supporting all project activities associated with the lifecycle of a project, including discovery, initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing phases. The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting the GTS PMO team in communicating and collaborating with Stakeholders, GTS, Key Users, and external vendors to facilitate and ensure successful implementations, enhancements, and upgrades. This position will closely partner with all GTS functions and program leaders to support and report project costs, deliverables, timelines, and resources to ensure budget, schedule, and quality requirements are met. Daily responsibilities will vary based on project needs. This role will continuously be challenged with unique products, new processes, and coating systems due to custom projects. Position Details Position: Electrical Engineering Intern Job Specifications: Working with the Electrical Engineering team designing schematics and working on panel layouts for UL 508A Industrial Control Panels. Understanding of 3-phase AC (208/VAC and/or 480VAC), 24VDC control circuits, and comfortable with CAD software. Engineering student with focus in Automation, Electrical or Power. Location: West Lincoln Facility in Lititz, PA Duration: June 2026-August-2026 Compensation: $18/hr. Schedule: Interns are scheduled to work 40 hours per week on 1st shift dependent on projects and business needs Eligibility: This role is open to U.S. Residents only Intern Responsibilities + Schematic Design and Panel Layout of Industrial Control Panels + Generation of Bill of Materials + Updating documentation to As-Built or As-Installed status Qualifications To qualify for this internship, you must meet the following: + Currently pursuing a degree or equivalent in a related field: + Electrical Engineer + Electronic Engineering + Graduating in between December 2025 - May 2027 + GPA: 2.8 or Above + Familiarity with basic computer applications and software + Willingness to learn and develop skills in specific manufacturing tasks and processes Please note that this internship is designed for individuals seeking an entry-level opportunity to gain practical experience in manufacturing and assembly processes.
