A day in the life
After an initial training period, you will support data center infrastructure operations on a shift schedule supporting our 24/7 staffing model. You will get information from your peer technicians who are ending shift, review the maintenance schedule for any tasks due that day, and then perform routine physical checks of our critical systems. After these rounds are complete, you and your shift partner will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, take repair actions, and perform facility maintenance. The AVOS (Autonomous Vehicle Operator Supervisor) Team Lead plays a crucial role it coordinates all day-to-day field operations, ensuring the highest levels of customer service, efficiency, and safety. This position involves providing guidance to staff, handles driver check-in processes, assigning work, and coordinates schedule rotations. Role Responsibilities:
Direct and guide field staff to maintain outstanding customer service and operational efficiency in a safe manner.
Manage driver check-in processes, including readiness for the schedule, daily checklists, and assignment of day to day tasks.
Supervises operational targets and adjust schedules for operational efficiencies.
Ensure drivers comply and adhere to the procedural guidelines
Observe safety practices and take corrective action when required.
Monitors and handle break times for drivers to ensure compliance with regulations.
Assist dispatch supervisors, including coordinating wheelchair assistance calls.
Assist Operations/Depot Manager during training sessions and one-on-one meetings.
Interact with officials on routine matters during shifts.
Manage location under the direction of the General Manager.
Participate in disciplinary actions, including discharge meetings.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Desired Skills & Experience:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily monitoring and auditing of Nondestructive test equipment, operators, and reported test data.
Interface with vendors of NDT equipment to maintain calibration, troubleshoot, repair, update and modernize capability of equipment.
Assists Mill UT operator to set up & verify ultrasonic equipment on the welding mills.
Pursue and evaluate new equipment/technologies for NDT.
Assist in installation and/or design of new test equipment.
Responsible for repair and calibrations of Mill UT, equipment, inspection NDE equipment
Train & qualify NDT operators when Level II certificate is obtained.
Assists in gathering NDT data to support investigations on internal and external quality claims.
Repairs and maintains laser OD gauges on straighteners.
Maintain & troubleshoot Rea-Jet stencil systems & print heads.
