None... since day one... not even hr welcoming nor Supervisors approach to welcome new employees from staffing. They make you come to them and present yourself. It's very unlikely to find a spooky treatment from a company that's says to be #1 in quality. No quality nor respect or recognitions from withing or a good morning, good Afternoon, thank you for coming, hard work and effort. No motivation at all they toss you to production without a treaner. They treat you like slaves and there's. No benefits at all increase of salary. They start at $14 with not even $17-$18. All high positions at $14 floor they lie about your position from withing I rather stay temp at $15.75 because when converted they started me with $15.25 with .35cents increase a month later after converted. They use mommies arround like it was a funeral..owfull...people have left recently only for this matter they provide overtime not for everyone just the chooses ones and merely the ones that miss work, come late, stand away from the supervisor ignoring, and walking the place faking doing something. That place is hell...CIO has changed 3 times and it's a normal thing. They gather us to discus other issues but talk about what's new or have in mind we don't speak or can ask a God them question. F*** that place and Supervisors and HR and CIOs all socks bad. They post positions then they say they have to canceled and leave you with the doubt. You ask and they never know. The convertion it's very un ethical and un profesional as well. They hire people don't speak English and have never worked in their life's 18yrs old and up. Many people from Cuba, Venezuela
There's no benefits at all you get pay $1,100 net every 2wks only overtime will sustain your life and debts 2hrs each they or 8hrs Saturdays but that's only a privilege for 2 persons out of 18 in one area... they expect to do it all with 2 persons. Not Not
The cons is that I'm alive and today you better understand the pandora box exits..you don't mess with a Puerto Rican with 3 bachelor degrees in businesses administration and computer information systems and finance from the Inter American University of San German P.R and fully bilingual. 6 position I got nothing I urged someone from maintenance to apply and guess what they hired her pay her $14 an hour and gave her a position in QA as auditor can you belive it with no experience at all in the industry and over my dead body too doing her job 1 month before she was hired. Also apply for team leader and they hired an ex employee without documents 3 month after a apply and got fired too. I love the job its not bad it's the staffing, CIO, HR and bad Supervisors that represent such a company. Thank!
