Low pay based on regional standards. Last year the company has been making more and more cuts into quality of service and definitely quality of products. Not the same company & quality products of years past. Unfortunate because Talbots was a truly American company and brand. Junky clothes and styles.

Flexible schedule
Poor pay, a number of unskilled lazy workers- many won’t answer phone or clean out fitting rooms. Some won’t clean or take out trash.
Clothing discount is just okay.common for customers to get as much discount with multiple coupons as employees.
Overall they are polite and generally reasonable.
Stop the unfair pay practices.
