As the most senior Human Resources Leader, you will be a key member of our top management team in our growing renewable energy and construction business.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive company culture, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Serve as a trusted and strategic advisor to the executive team.
Lead initiatives to ensure employee morale and job satisfaction
Lead the talentmanagement process to recruit and retain high performing employees.
Design and implement employee development programs, including leadership training and career progression plans.

Oversee performance management processes to ensure that employees receive feedback and recognition.

Ensure that the organization is compliant with wage and hour, labor laws and other regulations.
Develop and enforce HR policies, including those on equal employment opportunities, anti-discrimination, and workplace safety.
Conduct audits and ensure HR practices meet legal and ethical standards.
Address employee concerns, disputes, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Manage HR systems and software for talentmanagement, payroll, and employee data.
Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and productivity.
Develop and oversee the HR department, including managing staff and the departmental budget.
Allocate resources effectively to ensure the HR department operates efficiently.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Leadership experience at the executive level with a minimum of ten years of human resource management experience preferred.
SHRM-CP or PHR a plus

+ Build and maintain candidate pipelines and networks as needed to ensure a constant flow of qualified candidates are available to meet CMSU manpower needs.
+ Create candidate skill set pipeline folders in recruiting application allowing easy retrieval and review for Hiring Managers. Develop local notification process alerting Hiring Managers of new prospective candidates for their organizations.
+ In partnership with business unit leaders; Director, TalentAcquisition; and local Hiring Managers, identify, develop and maintain College Recruiting/Cadet/Intern Programs as needed to support assigned business unit(s).
+ Coordinate 3rd party search firm and TalentAcquisition agency recruiting utilization

Position Summary:

About the role
We're looking for a highly strategic, data-driven recruiting leader to scale and lead our GTM recruiting function - powering one of the most important growth engines at Nourish. As the Director of GTM Recruiting, you will lead a quickly growing team responsible for hiring across our provider-facing field sales team (”Provider Partnerships”) - including both individual contributors and sales managers. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally to ensure we meet ambitious hiring targets with consistency, speed, and quality.
This role will report to our VP of Talent and partner closely with the executive team, GTM leadership, and RevOps to translate business goals into hiring plans, manage performance against targets, drive operational excellence, and design scalable systems to support Nourish's next phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to own one of the most important investment and growth areas for a company that's shaping the future of healthcare.
This role is based in New York City with an expectation to work in-person 3-4 days per week (with flexibility). Our office is in the heart of Flatiron.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and scale the GTM recruiting team, including ICs and managers, setting clear goals, accountability systems, and coaching structures to consistently hit monthly and quarterly hiring targets
Manage recruiting performance like a sales organization, using ramp targets and activity / pipeline health metrics to drive predictable output and continuous improvement
Partner cross-functionally with sales leadership and RevOps to set and consistently execute against hiring targets
Establish data-driven management systems to monitor pipeline health, diagnose issues, and implement tactical interventions that improve velocity, quality, and conversion
Uphold a high talent bar and culture of excellence, balancing accountability with development; invest in the team's growth and create an environment of ownership and winning together
Drive executive visibility and reporting, presenting on performance and recommendations to the leadership team on a recurring basis
Own key GTM recruiting KPIs, including hires per month, time-to-fill, recruiter productivity, and quality of hire
