Auto-ApplyTalent Partner, Growth
Talent acquisition manager job in New York, NY
At Gigs, we're building the operating system for mobile services-a platform that lets tech companies embed global connectivity into their products effortlessly.
Just as Stripe lets any business add a payment button in seconds, Gigs empowers platforms to weave in connectivity-bridging the traditional world of telecom with modern tech. From fintechs launching mobile services to HR platforms offering work phone plans, we automate provisioning and remove telecom complexity.
Our team of around 100 people across the US and Europe, backed by nearly $100 million in funding from Ribbit Capital, Google, and Y Combinator. As one of the fastest-growing tech companies, bringing together early-stage engineers, product builders, and business athletes from companies like Stripe, Airbnb, and Shopify. We're tackling deep technical and regulatory challenges to make connectivity truly seamless.
If you're driven by curiosity, creativity, and the chance to shape the future of telecom, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
You will be the go-to Talent Partner for our Go-To-Market (GTM) organisation at Gigs. Your mission is to help us scale, while protecting and raising our talent density. That means you have a very high bar and a knack for identifying future stars. You will report to the Head of Talent and work hand in hand with GTM leaders, Product, and cross-functional partners to hire people who make the whole team better.
If you love recruiting as a craft, obsess over signal, and get energy from building a category-defining company, this is for you.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end hiring for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Growth. From first touch to signed offer and smooth handover.
Be a talent density bar-raiser. Set a clear bar, calibrate rigorously, and keep it there.
Source like a pro. Map markets globally, create targeted outreach, and convert top performers who are not looking.
Advise with data. Use funnel metrics, win-loss, and market intel to shape hiring decisions and headcount plans.
Design great experiences. Clear comms, fast loops, structured interviews, sharp debriefs.
Continuously improve. Tighten process, sharpen scorecards, tune tools, and level up our employer brand.
What We Are Looking For
Staff-level recruiter or Talent Partner with deep GTM full-cycle experience and a track record of hiring top performers.
Talent density mindset. You have high taste, clear judgment, and the backbone to hold the line.
Operator energy. Experience in high-growth tech environments where bar is high and pace is fast.
GTM fluency. You understand quota, pipeline, product-led motions, and the nuances of sales and growth hiring.
Data-driven and decisive. You use metrics to diagnose, improve, and forecast, then you act.
Excellent communicator. Crisp writing, strong stakeholder management, and a candidate-first approach.
Builder at heart. You take ownership, fix what is broken, and leave the system better than you found it.
Before You Apply...
The truth is, what we're building isn't easy. We expect a lot, and operate with urgency and ownership. This won't be the right place for everyone, and that's okay.
This role probably isn't a fit if:
You need a lot of structure, or layers of process to do your best work
You prefer to specialize narrowly and wait for direction rather than taking initiative
You're uncomfortable making decisions with imperfect information or wearing multiple hats
You're looking for a “big company” setup - we're still building many things for the first time
But if you're excited by the idea of building from zero, working with passion, and leaving your mark on something that matters - we'd love to meet you.
Work at Gigs
At Gigs, we know that different work styles and teams thrive in different environments. Some work best remotely, while others rely on in-person collaboration to spark creativity and drive execution. We're remote-friendly by design, but we also offer hubs for those who need the energy and focus that only in-person collaboration can bring.
Gigs Pads: Our hubs in San Francisco, London, Amsterdam, and Berlin are vibrant spots where Gigsters connect, collaborate, and create together.
Gigs Republic: Twice a year, our entire company comes together to strengthen bonds, align on big ideas, and share experiences that fuel our culture and ignite growth.
What We Offer
At Gigs, we believe in rewarding excellence. We offer competitive compensation and stock options because we see you as a true partner in our growth. We also provide stipends for your home office or work setup, a budget for learning and development to fuel your career, and of course, a free phone and international data plan

Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist (e.g., for sleep apnea), your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They'll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Auto-ApplyLegal Talent Acquisition Partner
Talent acquisition manager job in New York, NY
We're on a mission to make real estate transactions smarter, faster, and friction-free. Real estate is the world's largest asset class, yet the legal processes and tools behind it remain slow, manual, and underinvested. Lawyers must review dense documents line by line and piece together information across silos, all while clients demand faster, more transparent due diligence.
That's where we come in. Orbital Copilot is the AI assistant built exclusively for commercial real estate law. Developed with former practicing real estate lawyers, it accelerates complex due diligence by up to 70% while delivering legal-grade precision.
We're trusted by leading firms like Goodwin, BCLP, and Ropes & Gray to remove the busywork so legal teams can focus on what they do best: applying sharp legal judgment, delivering standout client service, and getting deals over the line faster.
Working at Orbital means joining a team that's reimagining how real estate transactions get done - moving fast, working collaboratively, and giving people the ownership to make a real impact from day one.
The Job, in a Nutshell
We're hiring a Legal Talent Partner to lead hiring for some of our most critical roles as we expand our US footprint. You'll own the strategy and execution for recruiting Legal Engineers and Legal Solution Architects-the specialists who combine deep real estate legal expertise with the ability to build and shape market-leading AI products.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the hunt, speaks the language of attorneys, and can inspire top legal talent to transition into high-impact roles in legal tech. You'll be part advocate, part educator, part matchmaker-helping qualified attorneys understand a new career path in a rapidly evolving space.
Own hiring for US legal specialist roles
* Partner with Product, GTM, and Leadership to define role requirements and success profiles for Legal Engineers and Legal Solution Architects.
* Build and manage full-cycle hiring processes that balance speed with deep assessment quality.
Build credibility in a niche talent market
* Engage with attorneys, legal professionals, and ex-practitioners-speaking their language, understanding specializations, and assessing real real-estate-law depth.
* Act as the face of Orbital's legal talent brand in the US.
Create compelling talent attraction strategies
* Position Orbital as the career destination for attorneys looking for meaningful, applied, non-practicing roles in AI and legal tech.
* Craft targeted outreach, campaigns, and narratives that connect with the motivations of attorneys seeking change.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
* Guide candidates through a career shift-from private practice or in-house roles to legal tech-addressing concerns, educating on craft expectations, and showcasing growth opportunities.
* Manage a structured interview process with high clarity, consistency, and candidate care.
Partner deeply with hiring teams
* Coach interviewers on how to assess legal and technical aptitude.
* Provide clear market insight on availability, seniority profiles, compensation norms, and competitive pressures.
* Influence decisions with data and sound judgment.
We need someone with the right kind of chops. Here's what we're looking for:
* You've worked in legal recruiting-either in-house, agency, or within a legal-tech environment-and understand how to identify qualified attorneys.
* You know real estate law, or you can learn it fast. You don't need to be an attorney, but you need enough fluency to assess specialization, seniority, and relevance.
* You're comfortable engaging attorneys as career-changers. You understand their motivations, their objections, and what excites them about tech.
* You can build pipelines in niche markets. You know how to engage passive candidates, map specialist communities, and convert curiosity into interest.
* You've supported hiring in high-growth environments. You can balance speed and rigor while working with demanding hiring teams.
* You're a storyteller. You can articulate why Orbital is uniquely positioned in the US market, and why these roles are high-impact, non-traditional paths for attorneys.
* You're data-driven and structured. You build clear processes, bring insight to decision-making, and communicate confidently with leaders.
Nice-to-haves
* Experience hiring for legal tech, legal engineering, legal operations, or product-adjacent legal roles.
* Familiarity with US legal qualifications, state bar requirements, and the real estate legal landscape.
* Experience hiring talent across multiple jurisdictions or scaling teams in a start-up/Series B environment.
Why This Role Matters
These hires sit at the heart of Orbital's product and GTM engine. They shape how our technology is built, adopted, and scaled across the US legal ecosystem. The right Legal Talent Partner will unlock access to a rare pool of specialists-and will directly accelerate Orbital's growth in our most important market.
Benefits
* 401(k) Plan: Match 100% of contribution up to 4% of salary.
* Paid Time Off (PTO): 20-days per year.
* Sick Time off: 40 hours
* Health Insurance: Competitive medical, dental, and vision plan.
* Professional Development: $1,200 stipend per year
* Commuter Benefits: Allocate pre-tax earnings to cover eligible commuting expenses.
* In-Office Perks: Late night office dinner and weekly team meals.
* Equity Participation: You will be granted stock options in a fast growing start-up!
Security is everyone's responsibility at Orbital. We ask all team members to follow our security policies, complete regular awareness training, and handle sensitive data with care in line with ISO 27001 standards. Spot something unusual? Reporting risks or incidents quickly helps us maintain the strong culture of security and compliance we all depend on.
At Orbital, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We especially welcome applications from people who are traditionally underrepresented in tech. Even if you don't meet every single requirement, or if the right role isn't listed yet, we'd still love to hear from you.
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on several factors, which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and business requirements.
