Evaluate and improve the recruitment process from sourcing and testing new recruiting tools to tracking recruitment KPIs.
Enhance the strength of our candidate funnel.
Collaborate with HR peers, hiring managers and senior leaders in a productive way that manages expectations and keeps all parties to a hire engaged.
Lead and motivate TA team by developing productivity metrics, goals, and hiring process efficiencies.
Inspire, coach and mentor team members with continuous feedback and professional development plans.
Educate leadership and the broader organization on best in class recruiting practices, building a culture of mutual investment and focus on talentacquisition.
Share knowledge, strategy and direction to ensure valued partnership via ongoing training and market updates.
Steer the use of external search firms and/or temporary staffing agencies to supplement internal recruiting efforts, including building and managing relationships to maximize the impact of collective efforts.
Build a compelling employee value proposition and brand in partnership with HR and marketing colleagues to drive amazing place to work messaging.
Leverage data and insights to build effective relationships with business leaders.
Drive alignment of the recruitment process with business needs.
Serve on and partner with the Leadership Team to act as a single point of contact for all things recruiting.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 10+ years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Interacts internally and externally with executive level management, requiring negotiation of extremely critical matters.
Ability to translate numbers into action and opportunities for process and people improvements.
Must be willing to own and encourage others to embrace and adopt the TA strategy.
Must be an expert in recruiting talent, who provides real time view of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market insights.

Salary Range
$85,120.00 - $134,400.00 USD (Salary)
