This role will work with the New Jersey Partners, RDs, and Talent Acquisition team to drive the development of the overall recruiting strategy for the New Jersey office, the implementation of this strategy, and the management of day-to-day operations of the New Jersey Talent Acquisition department. To the extent that the recruiting organizational structure and processes require change to ensure that these needs are met, the Talent Acquisition Manager will suggest and implement those changes. This individual reports directly to the Mid-Atlantic Regional Talent Acquisition Senior Manager (TAM), but also works closely with the Recruiting Managing Director and Partner (RMDP), Recruiting Director (RD), and regional Talent Acquisition leadership.
