Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and drive improvements. Contribute to employer branding, campus partnerships, early-career programs, and employee referrals. Represent Photronics at job fairs, universities, and community events as a brand ambassador. Jump in on special projects or new initiatives that advance our TA strategy.
