What's expected in the role

· Plans and executes employer Brand Ambassador programs and activities
· Improves the candidate experience to drive effective onboarding and retention
· Builds relationships with community partners, organizations, associations, and workforce development agencies to support ongoing sourcing and recruiting efforts
· Ensures compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
· Mentors and creates career development plans for all Talent Acquisition staff members.
Experience expected
· Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in talent acquisition.
· Minimum of two (2) years of experience in managing people and processes in the recruitment or staffing function.
· Experience in the hospitality services, retail, or corporate arena.
· Four (4) year degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
· Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
· Understanding of both quantitative and qualitative metrics to drive results
· Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
· Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures and in an interruptive environment

The Required Qualifications for this Role:
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
5 years of experience leading a team recruiting for the Intelligence Community, including knowledge of clearance requirements and other IC-specific hiring challenges
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on driving performance and fostering a collaborative environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

You will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting and a high-touch, personalized candidate experience. This position is high-paced and will require nights and weekends to accommodate candidate communications. In this role, you will:
* Work with managers and HQ staff to develop and execute recruiting plans

Reporting to the Vice President of People & Culture, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the full life cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of positions. Key Responsibilities:
Lead full cycle recruiting for professional hires across a variety of corporate functions and business units.
