Implement a semi annual performance review system that ties outcomes to compensation and advancement.

As a member of the USDS Talent Acquisition team, your role in Talent Acquisition profoundly impacts a mission-critical aspect of the organization's development. As a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner with a focus on hiring across multiple departments, you will work closely with the business to understand how TikTok has grown into one of the most popular platforms in the world.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of a hiring process including; intake meeting, sourcing, and offer stage while also being a business partner to key stakeholders across the business. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts D&I best practices, and ensure exceptional candidate experience through the hiring journey. We anticipate this role to cover an assortment of different client groups and flex business coverage based on business needs over time. On-site presence across teams allows the company to operate with greater speed, alignment, and agility - especially in areas like real-time decision-making, team development, and integrated execution. As such, the company is shifting from a hybrid work model to a fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
* Partner closely with business units to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with TikTok people strategies.
* Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy.

As a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play an integral role in driving talent acquisition efforts across our Bay Area academy locations. This role combines strategic recruiting with hands-on execution, requiring someone who will travel between our physical academy sites to host hiring events, build local talent pipelines, and understand the unique staffing needs of our after-school, weekend, and summer camp education programs. This role will help to ensure our talent acquisition department can execute the strategies needed to grow and strengthen the organization.
The Regional Talent Acquisition Partner will:

The ideal candidate has:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in education, with proven success in relationship building and community engagement
Experience with high-volume recruiting and managing multiple locations or territories
Deep familiarity with Bay Area communities, transportation, and local dynamics; understanding of the local education landscape including schools, universities, and teacher preparation programs
Strong project management skills for coordinating events and hiring initiatives across multiple sites
High emotional and social intelligence with experience fostering positive, strong relationships with diverse groups of people; cognizance of how to account for diversity, equity, and inclusion when making talent acquisition recommendations
Why Join AoPS:
This is a hybrid full-time position based in the Bay Area with regular travel between academy locations (estimated 50-70% travel time). Some evening and weekend work may be required to align with academy operations, but overnight stay is not expected. The full salary range for this position is 110k-125k.
