Mentors and trains recruitment staff across multiple facilities within the region, fostering professional development and sharing best practices to ensure consistent service delivery standards and build regional talentacquisition capabilities.
Collaborates with Leadership across regional facilities to identify issues/potential problems and facilitate development of procedures for resolution and prevention while ensuring consistent practices across all locations.
Requirements, Preferences and Experience
Education

As an Onsite Manager at Openwork, you'll serve as the onsite account owner - the go-to connection between our client, our team, and our workforce. Here's how you'll make an impact:
Responsible for onsite operations at a strategic account (checking in talent on assignment, handling attendance and reporting, and generally being the account owner), typically present for onsites with 50-100+ talent working

Education
