**RESPONSIBILITIES**
This is a remote home office role, located in the USA.
+ Manage requisition workload, meeting specific recruiting performance goals, as assigned by Director, TalentAcquisition.
+ Build and maintain candidate pipelines and networks as needed to ensure a constant flow of qualified candidates are available to meet CMSU manpower needs.
+ Create candidate skill set pipeline folders in recruiting application allowing easy retrieval and review for Hiring Managers. Develop local notification process alerting Hiring Managers of new prospective candidates for their organizations.
+ In partnership with business unit leaders; Director, TalentAcquisition; and local Hiring Managers, identify, develop and maintain College Recruiting/Cadet/Intern Programs as needed to support assigned business unit(s).
+ Coordinate 3rd party search firm and TalentAcquisition agency recruiting utilization
+ Conduct telephone screening and/or in-person interviews ensuring only qualified candidates are submitted to Hiring Managers for consideration.
+ Ensure all candidate contacts (in-person, telephone and email), activities and tasks are thoroughly and correctly documented in CMSU recruiting application (ATS).
+ Ensure follow-up and detailed feedback are received and thoroughly documented in recruiting application (ATS) within 48-hours of candidate submittal and 24-hours of interview completion.
+ Manage applicant workflow, requisition and offer letter approval processes per CMSU recruiting service delivery process models and recruiting application.
+ Maintain contact with all Hiring Managers to ensure complete understanding of their present and future manpower needs, keeping them informed on the current status of their requirements and prospective candidates.
+ In coordination with business unit leaders and Hiring Managers, establish and maintain prioritization system for requisitions, putting forth maximum focus on filling high priority requirements timely.
+ Coordinate relocation, sign-on bonuses, compensation, and incentive plans between prospective new hires and CMSU management as required.
+ Review information on all assigned requisitions and associated candidate status by close of business Friday, or your last working day, of each week, ensuring correctness of all information, prior to creation and transmission of weekly requisition status and recruiting activity reports.
+ Participate in job fairs, trade shows and career fairs
+ Coach, guide, mentor and develop Sourcers and Recruiters as necessary
+ Prepare reports and compile information as necessary

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
The TalentAcquisitionManager will oversee the recruitment process and efforts for all open positions within the organization. This role requires partnering with business leaders to develop s, identify key skills, and source candidates through innovative and proactive recruitment methods. The TalentAcquisitionManager will ensure that the hiring process is efficient, professional, and aligned with company standards while continuously enhancing the candidate experience. This role also executes the employee orientation and onboarding programs, internal transfers and promotions, and the 90 day check in process with new hires and managers.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Leads the recruitment efforts for all open positions, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Proactively promotes OnPath's open positions via various platforms to market job opportunities. Assesses current processes and makes suggestions for recruiting efforts and efficiencies.
Collaborates with the Director of HR and with hiring leaders to create accurate job descriptions and identify critical skill sets for each role.
Posts open positions on appropriate channels, including job boards, social media, and the internal career portal utilizing the Recruiting platform. Manage the internal and external career portals, ensuring all job postings are current and accurate.
Sources candidates through proactive strategies, including attending career fairs, LinkedIn research, community networking, and direct recruitment initiatives.
Conducts prescreening interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements.
Coordinates interview scheduling with hiring managers and provide guidance on behavioral-based interview techniques.
Collaborates with the HR Director to ensure job offers align with established compensation bands. Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Maintains timely and thorough communication with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the interview process.
Prepares and provides internal and external offer letters in accordance with company standards.
Captures New Hire Training Plans from leaders and distributes to new hires on first day of employment.
Manages the hiring process by completing new hire onboarding processes such as processing and analyzing background checks and entering new hire information into payroll system before their first day of employment.
Coordinates and conducts an inspiring and upbeat orientation session for new hires, providing them with essential information regarding the credit union's history, mission, vision, purpose, benefits, and systems in order to ensure a smooth transition.
Coordinates with department leaders and conducts new hire Integration Day monthly to introduce the various departments of the organization to new employees.
Conducts 90-day check in's with new hires and leaders to ensure smooth transition into the organization and communicates any gaps to HR leadership.
Captures feedback from candidates and hiring managers to make data-driven recommendations for improving the recruitment process.
Monitors key metrics, including time-to-fill, and recommend procedural improvements to enhance efficiency.
Knowledge and Skills
Experience
Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or at a staffing agency. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and selection methods. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience with recruitment software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and social media platforms for sourcing candidates. Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to analyze situations, make sound decisions, and develop solutions to recruitment challenges.
Education/Certifications/Licenses
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
