The Opportunity We're hiring our first People & Talent team member in the U.S., based in New York, to lead GTM hiring while shaping the employee experience on the ground. As our Senior Talent Acquisition & People Partner, you'll drive all U.S. and UK GTM recruitment end-to-end while serving as the primary People representative for our New York site. This is a hands-on, dual-impact role combining strategic talent acquisition with people operations and employee experience. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with hiring managers, and create a world-class candidate journey. At the same time, you'll play a foundational role in supporting our U.S. employees, overseeing benefits administration, onboarding, and day-to-day People needs while establishing the culture and employee experience from the ground up.
