Responsibilities: In this role, you'll manage recruiting across the full spectrum of our business from corporate and engineering to manufacturing and operations. You'll work as a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR teams, helping shape TA strategy and ensuring every candidate has a seamless experience. Most importantly, you'll be bringing in the people who will define Photronics' next chapter. What you'll do: Manage recruiting for salaried and hourly roles across U.S. sites, building diverse pipelines of top talent. Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to craft sourcing strategies that anticipate workforce needs. Support occasional international hiring (UK/EU) while sharing best practices with global colleagues. Own and deliver a consistently positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and drive improvements. Contribute to employer branding, campus partnerships, early-career programs, and employee referrals. Represent Photronics at job fairs, universities, and community events as a brand ambassador. Jump in on special projects or new initiatives that advance our TA strategy. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications & Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience (agency + in-house mix preferred). Proven ability to manage requisitions across multiple functions and levels. Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and compliance requirements. Experience recruiting for both salaried and hourly positions in corporate, engineering, or manufacturing. Strong relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills. Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Travel: About 5-10% - Occasional site visits, campus recruiting events, and community events.
