  • Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

    Seoclarity

Talent acquisition manager job in Chicago, IL

Job Description This role begins as part-time, with the possibility of moving into a full-time position based on performance and business needs. The Opportunity seo Clarity is the technology leader in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) marketing analytics. Founded in 2004, we are bootstrapped, profitable, and have a track record of sustainable growth. Our technology platform and services help the world's best and biggest brands optimize their website content so they can be found online and connect to their customers. We process petabytes of data to provide actionable insights that drive revenue for enterprise organizations. We are currently in a phase of aggressive expansion and are centralizing our talent acquisition function to support significant growth in our Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams. We are seeking a Strategic Talent Partner to take full ownership of this lifecycle. You will not just "fill seats." You will partner directly with Executive Leadership to define the "Bar" for excellence, ensuring we attract builders who thrive in a high-performance culture. This is a strategic role for a recruiter who values speed, precision, and the autonomy to build a process that brings in world-class talent. What You Will Do Strategic Headhunting (Tech & Revenue): Technical: Actively source "Builders" for Backend Engineering and Product Management. You must be able to screen for technical aptitude and cultural fit. Commercial: Hunt for "Hunters" in Sales Director roles and subject matter experts for Client Success. You will distinguish between true experts and generic relationship managers. Drive the Process (Speed Wins): Manage the pipeline with urgency. We believe that "Something needs to be done, do it now." You will hold hiring managers accountable for rapid feedback loops to ensure a high-velocity hiring process. Operational Ownership (The "Full Stack"): Demonstrate a "Willingness to wear multiple hats" by owning the candidate experience from Offer to Day 1. Execute operational tasks including generating offer letters, coordinating background checks, and managing onboarding logistics to ensure new hires land softly. Cultural Gatekeeper: Act as the primary filter for our core values. You ensure every new hire possesses Resilience, Accountability, and a Problem-Solving Mindset. RequirementsWhat This Role Requires (The Filters) 7+ Years Mixed Recruitment Experience: Proven track record of hiring both Technical (Dev/Product) and Commercial (Sales/CS) roles in the B2B SaaS space. The "Builder" Mindset: We operate in a dynamic environment where not everything is templated. You must be comfortable "Filling the Gap" -creating processes and solving problems on the fly rather than waiting for instructions. Operational Readiness: You must be willing to handle the "weeds" of recruitment operations. If you view scheduling, background checks, or onboarding logistics as administrative work beneath you, this role is not a fit. Local Presence: You must be on-site in Chicago, IL to foster high-bandwidth collaboration with leadership. The Reality of This Role High Performance: We are a bootstrapped, profitable team where output matters. You will be expected to deliver results (hires) without a large support staff or agency reliance. Global Flexibility: You will coordinate with our offshore engineering teams (India), which requires the flexibility to work early mornings or evenings to unblock team communication. Direct Accountability: You will not be micromanaged. "People are busy... don't expect them to follow up." You are expected to own your metrics and drive the schedule. How to Apply Submit your Resume. The "Act On It" Challenge: Scenario: We are hiring a Senior Client Success Manager who needs deep SEO subject matter expertise (not just account management skills). Question: What is the #1 specific question you would ask in a phone screen to verify they are a true expert and not just "faking it"? BenefitsCompensation & Benefits Target Hourly Range: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience). Structure: Competitive Hourly Rate with potential for performance-based Success Fees. Benefits: This is initially a Part-Time / Contract role. Eligibility for full company benefits (Medical, Dental, 401k Matching, PTO) is reserved for candidates who convert to Full-Time status.
