Manage all aspects of candidate selection process to ensure quality, compliance, engagement, and inspire confidence in company brand and opportunity
Work in collaboration with the members of the TalentAcquisition Team to identify, capture and report relevant and creative sourcing techniques to identify trends and assess progress
Work with managers to evaluate employee retention and to adjust minimum employee qualifications to ensure higher employee success rates
Candidate Experience and Business Partnerships:
Promote and deliver a world-class, outstanding candidate experience, ensuring seamless engagement from initial outreach to the new hire start date
Extend verbal offers, manage negotiations, and collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure candidate has cleared all pre-hire requirements before their targeted start date
Properly disposition candidates during the application process, up to and including status of interviews, conditional Offer, or rejection
Lead weekly regional recruiting meetings to align on talent pipeline and hiring manager feedback
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
Must possess one or more of the following:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Psychology or related degree
Associate's Degree in Business, Communications, Psychology or related degree with a minimum of three (3) years of human resources/recruiting experience
High School diploma or equivalent combined with a minimum of five (5) years of human resources/recruiting experience
Minimum of one (1) year of experience with each of the following:
Full-cycle, exempt-level recruiting experience
Sourcing experience (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar)
Experience in full life cycle recruiting, which includes sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal parameters, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
Experience with an Applicant tracking system, preferably iCIMS
Highly resourceful, leveraging existing technology to source candidates through social media, employee lists from the competitive landscape, on-line networking, internet, and other website functions
Polished written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate clear direction and expectations; modify messaging based on audience (executive, team, candidate etc.)
Able to create and foster collaborative consultative relationships with hiring managers; high service delivery with consistent and constant communication
Dedicated effort to the candidate experience; able to effectively communicate with and recruit passive job seekers and share the value of joining the organization
Strong initiative and solid judgment to provide coaching, manage candidates and influence hiring managers
Demonstrated accountability for individual performance and the performance of the team in a collaborative team environment with shared responsibilities

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Base salary and annual bonus opportunity

Partner with hiring managers and executive stakeholders to understand business needs and tailor search strategies accordingly.

Qualifications
