The Head of Talent Acquisition will build and own the company's talent engine from the ground up, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a hands-on, operator-style leadership role responsible for designing how the organization sources, attracts, assesses, hires, and onboards A-level salaried talent across critical value-creating roles.
