You will lead the North America TalentAcquisition (TA) function, ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards while driving an exceptional candidate experience. Additionally, you will recommend and implements strategies that build strong recruiting capabilities across the TA team, optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness, and support continuous improvement. This role also partners with business leaders and Field HR to deeply understand workforce needs, maintains a forward-looking approach by developing external talent pipelines, monitoring competitive trends, and manages the TA team and budget to support strategic growth.

Qualifications
5 + years of experience leading TalentAcquisition or Recruiting function
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered as equivalent
Advanced Internet Recruitment Strategies (AIRS) Certification is desired

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Candidate Engagement and Pipeline Management
Conduct sourcing leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter to attract top-quality talent.
Support the identification and engagement of potential candidates through ongoing pipeline maintenance.
Execute on new sourcing and talentacquisition strategies in partnership with all members of the TalentAcquisition team
Maintain ongoing candidate connections, ensuring engagement every 2-3 weeks until the candidate is placed on a project.
Proactively re-engage past candidates for new opportunities by conducting text or email outreach, and reconnection calls.

Collaborate with TalentAcquisition Directors to create shortlists for open jobs.
Work in partnership with TalentAcquisition Directors to conduct and support initial outreach to candidates regarding job openings.
Prepare and fulfill administrative tasks such as VMS candidate cover letters, candidate submission bullets, and support submission and verbal offer workflows.
Talent Brand & Market Awareness
Represent Evergreen's brand in all candidate interactions, ensuring a consistent, values-aligned experience.
Contribute ideas to improve Evergreen's visibility and reputation in the talent market, including messaging, outreach templates, and candidate touchpoints.
Share insights from candidate interactions and market trends with leadership to inform branding, sourcing, and engagement strategies.
