Role Overview
* Own and drive end-to-end hiring for complex, high-impact roles across engineering, manufacturing, and business functions

Compensation
The Base Salary Range for this position is $125,000 - $159,000 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Boom's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include long term incentives/equity, a flexible PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in the biotech and life sciences industry to support our rapid growth and hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have proven success recruiting across research, clinical, manufacturing, and corporate functions within a startup and/or high-growth environment. CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Specific responsibilities include:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for scientific, technical, and corporate roles, including research, clinical development, manufacturing, and enabling functions.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling s, and align on sourcing strategies.
Proactively source and build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and other innovative channels.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical expertise and culture add.
Prepare candidate offer packages for approvals maintaining market competitiveness and internal equity and deliver to candidates.
Manage and collaborate with external recruiting partners/agencies supporting Contract roles from job description creation through onboarding.
Provide timely updates and data-driven insights to hiring managers and HR leadership.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
Be the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Super-User and maintain records, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.

The successful candidate will have:

Senior Recruiter Level: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years recruiting experience, with at least 5+ years focused in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences with experience hiring for R&D, clinical, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, or G&A functions across a variety of levels
Demonstrated ability to manage 15 open requisitions at one time while being organized and maintaining good communication to hiring managers and candidates
The ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing market conditions, employer needs, and candidate expectations, solving complex challenges as they arise
Strong work ethic and self-motivation to follow through on tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver results consistently
The ability to understand roles in depth and use smart questioning to understand the technical, soft, and cultural fit for each position
