What You Will Be Doing As the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Helion, you'll lead a team of recruiters and sourcers to deliver the technical, leadership and business talent that powers our mission to bring fusion to the world. You'll manage day-to-day recruiting operations, drive hiring excellence across functions and partner closely with hiring leaders to translate business goals into actionable hiring plans. This role is both strategic and hands - on - balancing leadership and coaching with direct recruiting impact.
