This role will focus on tactical full cycle recruiting end to end including candidate coordination and nurturing through the entire process. You will also get the. opportunity to drive important projects within the Recruiting team, whether that is enhancing our Day 1 Orientation or creating and delivering hiring training to our team members as we scale. We will prioritize candidates who are local to the Triangle, can work onsite in our Raleigh HQ 4x+ week, have prior experience successfully hiring in a high growth/startup technology environment. This role will be in the office 4 days per week and should plan to be fully in office during heavy recruiting seasons. Responsibilities: Source and identify promising candidates through various channels -- focus on strategic outreach and outbound recruiting in addition to navigating our inbound applicant flow/interest Meticulously screen resumes and applications, ensuring alignment with role requirements Collaborate and partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to craft compelling job descriptions and postings - with an eye on holistic talent attraction improvements and optimization Manage recruitment data diligently, utilizing the applicant tracking system to track progress, run reports, and enable CRM features within Greenhouse for pipeline management. Organize and orchestrate seamless interviews with both eyes on balancing business needs with advocacy for a fair and fantastic candidate experience Coordinate and schedule interviews, synchronize candidate availability with hiring managers and interview panels. Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, providing constructive feedback. Deliver a positive candidate experience by nurturing relationships with candidates. Help successfully communicate open roles to the broader organization through ongoing communication and sound internal hiring practices Execute, iterate and optimize day-to-day People Services responsibilities, including pre- and on-boarding team members Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. 5 years of proven experience delivering recruiting results in a fast-paced technology company that serves the B2B tech sector Expert level experience with Greenhouse ATS A 'builder' mindset and gear - as we continue to operationalize this function, you will need to both execute and iterate on processes and help be part of the team that makes recruiting scalable as we grow Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the external candidate market and internally with the People Services team and stakeholders/hiring managers Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
