The Role: Senior Recruiting Manager

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated recruitment manager to lead all recruitment and retention efforts in the Company. Responsibilities will include building a pipeline of skilled technicians, licensed staff and industry leaders while mastering the Flint Recruitment playbook. The role is integral to the growth strategy of our team and will report directly to the General Manager of the Company with a dotted line relationship to Flint's VP of People and Training.
This role will require the candidate to begin to affect positive change within the company immediately and direct/implement a candidate focused approach, such as planning, procurement, and investments for all or part of the organization. A successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing talent, successfully onboarding, maintain relationships with team members, staffing levels forecasting, assist with budgeting, and retention reporting. Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs, create job descriptions, and lead an effective interview processes
Creatively source talent through active outreach, networking, events, and building strategic partnerships with community groups and professional associations
Deliver an exceptional and smooth candidate experience from the first outreach all the way through to onboarding and beyond
Focus on designing recruiting strategies that bring candidates of diverse backgrounds into the interview process and ensure hiring practices are inclusive
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain a strong employer brand across job boards, social media, and other channels
Utilize job boards, social media, search engines, and corporate postings to source both technical and non-technical candidates
Multi-task and thrive in a face-paced environment
Light HR administration duties
Create, Build, and Maintain Employee Retention and Engagement strategies including but not limited to event planning, employee rewards and swag.
