Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for full-cycle recruitments efforts and executing an inclusive, efficient, and compliant recruitment strategy to support the continued success of Cast & Crew.
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is expected to handle all aspects of the recruitment process, including but not limited to executing sourcing strategies across various channels, maintaining a pipeline of diverse talent, leveraging networks, coordinating and conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer and onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience. This is a high-visibility role within our Human Resources department that will support strategic talent planning and serves to represent Cast & Crew's core mission and values.
The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting, fundamental knowledge of labor employment laws and recruiting best practices, and meticulous data tracking, reporting, documentation, and analytic skills. This position is hybrid to our Burbank headquarters in Los Angeles.
Core Responsibilities
* Handle all aspects of the recruiting process for assigned positions, including headcount requisitions, market analysis, posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, presenting and closing offers, and preemployment screenings.
* Source and identify candidates using multiple techniques including cold calling, on-line databases, social media websites, job boards, niche groups/organizations, contact lists, networking events, employee referrals, etc.
* Coordinate and manage interview schedules, logistics for interviews, and follow-through with hiring managers and candidates.
* Track and maintain accurate and detailed records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including current or forecasted positions, candidates, and other metrics and reports as requested.
* Develop strong working relationships with leadership and hiring managers to facilitate the successful management of candidates through the recruiting process.
* Partner closely with HR and Talent Acquisition Leadership to optimize and drive a best-in-class, efficient, and compliant recruiting process.
* Adhere to internal HR and Talent Acquisition procedures and policies to ensure compliance throughout the recruiting process.

Key Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* A minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) or Human Resources; in-house experience preferred.
* Experience utilizing ATS or HRIS systems required.
* Fundamental knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and talent acquisition best practices.
* Sound sourcing and advanced knowledge of various job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip recruiter, etc.) required.

Project Management for Recruiting Initiatives: Lead various talent-related projects to continuously enhance the department and organization.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial/lead role. Experience in skilled trades, residential home services, or multi-unit commercial services is highly preferred.
Experience leading a team of one or more TA professionals is required.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms and applicant tracking systems. Experience with Greenhouse is highly preferred.
A passion for emerging TA technology and evolving the practice.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making. Prior experience with Talent metrics for data-driven decision-making is strongly preferred.
Experience in managing complex recruitment projects with competing priorities and deadlines.

Pay Range
$125,000 - $130,000 USD
