Position Overview Steel Peak is seeking an Acquisitions Director to lead sourcing, underwriting, and execution of IOS acquisitions across multiple U.S. markets. This role requires a driven and relationship-oriented professional who can manage the full acquisition lifecycle from deal sourcing and broker engagement to underwriting, diligence, and leasing support. The ideal candidate has acquisition or brokerage experience in IOS or industrial, strong broker relationships, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically within a fast-growing investment platform.
