Responsibilities Lead cross-functional TA analytics workstreams focused on hiring forecasting, funnel insights, recruiter productivity, reporting, dashboards, and data governance. Develop deep understanding of Professional TA data structures, recruiting systems, funnel metrics, hiring forecast models, and integrations with data lake tables and marts. Drive analysis across hiring pipelines to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities to improve hiring outcomes. Drive requirements for scaled solutions including automated AI insights, dashboards and reporting solutions that support TA leadership, recruiters, PART, Finance, and business partners. Partner with platform and engineering teams to ensure TA data quality, cleanliness, and readiness for AI and advanced analytics. Identify and scope advanced analytics and AI use cases within Talent Acquisition to elevate insights and predictive capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or related people data role. Demonstrated expertise in building and interpreting hiring models, including predictive or forecast models. Proven experience partnering closely with Talent Acquisition leadership as well as leading cross-functional analytics initiatives involving multiple stakeholders (HR, technology, and business). Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leaders. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity, governance, and storytelling.
