The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for managing the hiring process from beginning to end utilizing a matrix score system and candidate evaluation. This includes primarily sourcing, screening, and hiring employees across various business groups with heavy emphasis in our Operations team for both salary and hourly positions. Responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process while collaborating with the HR team members to maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements. In addition to sourcing candidates through various channels, he/she will conduct initial screenings/interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with candidates, a strong understanding of recruiting processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with hiring managers to understand their critical talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in support of the business.
