What You'll Do

What You'll Bring
Minimum 5 years of full life cycle recruiter experience with an ENR ranked AEC industry firm
Experience as an in-office corporate recruiter
Proven track record of networking and hiring architecture, engineering, and construction firm leaders
Experience networking and hiring Directors, Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, and Principals and other senior leaders for AEC firms
Experience sourcing and hiring registered architects, professional engineers, and construction qualifiers
Demonstrated strong understanding of AEC firm organizational design and structure
Demonstrated understanding of competencies and technical skills associated with AEC candidates
Experience in market analysis, researching industry trends, monitoring competitor activities and tracking market conditions
Experience partnering with executive leadership and guiding hiring decisions
Experience developing and implementing recruiting strategies including sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines
