About the role: Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Leader and joining a small team of three, the Senior Recruiter will be recruiting for the US market. The candidate will be the recruitment expert and will have to provide innovative solutions to address the scarcity of the workforce and oversee the entire full cycle recruiting, across a variety of business functions and entities (product, creative, technical, content, finance) recruitment process. In this role, you'll be a partner to our leadership team and guide them through staffing priorities, sourcing strategies, and business communications, most importantly, you'll be a wellbeing ambassador who evangelizes the RG mission through the entire candidate and employee experience. As a Senior Recruiter, you will also recruit for the CEO's Family Office staffing needs which includes both domestic and professional staffing needs. What you'll do: Partner with the RoundGlass business leaders and team to develop a strategy that builds a proactive leader talent pipeline; Actively develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future business needs. Evaluate candidates' strengths based on performance compared with position requirements and company expectations. Attend career fairs and host company job fairs as needed. Partner with communities, universities, and local agencies for hiring needs. Be the trusted talent advisor for RG's senior leadership and executive team members. Hire a variety of levels (Intern to Executive) and source, screen, interview, check references, and recommend qualified candidates for assigned requisitions. Lead regular recruitment launch meetings and interview debriefs with hiring managers and business leaders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting strategies. Utilize and implement creative sourcing methods. Actively participates in the restructuring projects within the department as a recruitment specialist. Delivering high-quality candidates, while guiding leaders and candidates through the end-to-end interview process; Work with leaders to prepare and present job offers to candidates. Infuse technology and operational improvements throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle that improve key recruiting metrics and drive business results.
