We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional with experience leading full-cycle searches across sales, investments, and operations functions within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about identifying top talent, building strategic pipelines, and leveraging modern recruiting tools and platforms to drive hiring success.
Primary Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer negotiation and acceptance, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
Proactive Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage passive candidates for roles across all business lines and support functions. Utilize innovative outreach techniques, including direct headhunting, networking, referrals, and digital sourcing tools.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain high-quality pipelines of industry-specific talent for current and future hiring needs, including recurring roles.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand business needs, define role requirements, and align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals.
HR Partnership: Collaborate with HR Business Partner and VP HR to develop external offer recommendations that ensure internal equity & alignment with compensation guidelines.
Technology Enablement: Leverage ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI platforms and capabilities to enhance sourcing and screening efforts.
Reporting & Communication: Own and distribute the weekly Open Position Report (OPR) to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Develop and report on key talent acquisition metrics (time to fille, cost per hire, etc.).
Employer Branding: Drive employer branding and recognition initiatives to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation in the talent market.
Strategic Workforce Planning: In partnership with the VP of HR, implement workforce planning strategies aligned to 1 / 3 / 5 year business goals.
Early Career Programs: Build, implement, and manage a college and entry-level recruiting program, including campus outreach and internship strategy.
