What You Will Be Doing: You will lead searches and source high-caliber candidates for business, manufacturing, and operations roles. As a Helion Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll deliver exceptional candidate experiences while hitting your delivery metrics. This hands-on role requires you to work independently, own your pipeline, and consistently deliver results. This is an onsite role that reports directly to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and at our Everett, WA location.
