The Co-Op
As a Talent Acquisition Co-Op at Force Factor, you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment and hiring process within a dynamic and growing team environment. This co-op offers a unique opportunity to develop essential skills in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and employer branding. You will work closely with our People team to support various recruitment activities and contribute to our overall hiring strategy.
Individuals selected for our Co-Op Program will actively contribute to our company's growth while benefiting from hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development. Our co-op program is based five days a week in the Seaport District of Boston from July to December. Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Candidates: Manage candidate scheduling in Greenhouse, ensuring timely and efficient coordination for interviews and other recruitment activities.
Conduct Interviews: Gain firsthand experience by preparing for and conducting interviews across a range of roles, from entry level to leadership positions. Ensure a thorough understanding of each candidate's background and fit for the role before each interview session.

Required Qualifications:
