Key Responsibilities • Lead and Develop the Driver Recruiting Team - Provide direction, coaching, and training to ensure strong performance, professional growth, and alignment with organizational expectations. • Drive Recruiting Strategy and Execution - Partner with leadership to identify market trends, create sourcing plans, and deploy innovative recruiting initiatives across multiple locations. • Ensure Compliance and Hiring Excellence - Oversee all recruiting activities to ensure full adherence to DOT, C -TPAT, ISO, and internal HR standards. • Monitor and Report on Performance - Track KPIs, analyze activity and hiring trends, and deliver weekly reporting to support continuous improvement and informed decision -making. • Strengthen Cross -Functional Partnerships - Build and maintain strong relationships with Compliance, Operations, and HR partners to support hiring needs and workforce planning. • Champion Employer Brand and Candidate Experience - Ensure candidates receive a positive, realistic, and professional recruiting experience while representing Benore's values and culture. • Optimize Tools, Processes, and Best Practices - Evaluate and refine sourcing channels, recruiter workflows, and market intelligence to stay ahead of industry competition. RequirementsQualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered. 5-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in transportation or high -volume hiring; experience recruiting CDL -A Drivers strongly preferred. Demonstrated success leading a recruiting team in a multi -location, fast -paced environment. Skilled in sourcing both active and passive candidates through social networks, databases, direct outreach, and professional relationships. Strong strategic thinking paired with hands -on execution; able to balance leadership with hands -on recruiting as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint). High level of integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to confidentiality. Must be eligible to drive under Company insurance requirements.
