**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with GE HealthCare people leaders to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives.

Work you'll do
As an Oracle HCM Specialist Senior you will use your knowledge and experience to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:

Qualifications
Required:

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400.

Compensation and Benefits
The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. In select locations (including, the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below.
The typical starting salary range for this role in the select locations listed above is: $200,000 - $235,000.
