    Our client, a full-service law firm in midtown NYC, is looking to hire a Senior Legal Recruiting Manager responsible for supporting the Director of Legal Recruiting in managing lateral attorney recruiting firm-wide, from branding support, to creating a talent pipeline, sourcing candidates, managing the candidate experience, and successfully bringing top talent into the firm. Essential Functions: Conduct attorney searches for all practice groups from start to finish; compile job posting language, identify search tactics, identify and recruit top talent, engage agency recruiters, manage candidate interview, selection and offer process. Establish and maintain vendor relationships, such as external recruiters. Work closely with Director of Legal Recruiting to push DEI goals forward related to recruiting and hiring. Manage the utilization of vi Recruit, the firm's resume database. Manage content on careers page of the firm's website. Utilize Leopard List related to talent pipeline, candidate identification, and reporting trends in lateral movement. Maintain up-to-date recruiting videos, working closely with marketing department to share content on social media sites regularly. In coordination with the Director of Legal Recruiting, communicate regularly with Practice Group Chairs regarding the status of open positions, along with other information that will be helpful to them in understanding market trends, access to talent, and opportunities. Manage the firm's Judicial Clerkship recruiting initiative, to attract and recruit lawyers transitioning out of judicial clerkships into private practice. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 5 years of lateral attorney recruiting experience in a law firm or legal recruiting environment is required. Must be proficient in ViRecruit, LawCruit or similar ATS. An ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, along with strong organizational skills and a client service attitude are required. Must possess a strong desire to learn and be part of a team, have an interest in technology, and be social media savvy. Ability to travel as needed and work overtime/evenings periodically required. How will you make an impact in this role? * Lead the full lifecycle hiring process for designated hiring portfolio * Create/Own the development of the talent acquisition strategy for relevant Business Units in order to deliver on hiring priorities/needs * Develop an established business acumen to drive a better hiring and candidate experience. * Own relationships with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and strategic advice throughout the recruitment process. * Maintain recruitment metrics to share at any point in time * Leverage market intelligence and industry trends, including target companies and organizations, to build candidate slates * Identify channels to source and recruit diverse candidates and build pipelines of qualified profiles across different levels and skill sets in the business * Managing the candidate lifecycle to deliver high candidate experience * Attend and lead the briefing meetings and participate in job scoping discussions as needed * Collaborate with internal CEG colleagues to ensure alignment on recruitment strategy such as Colleague Strategic Partners and the DE&I team * Help ensure company complies with laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing, recruiting and hiring practices Minimum Qualifications * 3+ years of proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle * Hyper focused on creating an excellent candidate and hiring leader experience * Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision * Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment * Strong written and verbal communication * Ability to work in a high-volume environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly * Comfortable collaborating and bringing ideas to the attention of the whole team Preferred Qualifications * Full lifecycle, corporate recruiting or related experience; preferably with exposure to financial services or Operations * Experience with recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms such as Taleo, Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or others * Experience working in a compliance driven organization Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
