Build a positive rapport with newly hired employees by employing strategies like periodic check-ins (90-day, probationary, yearly and so on). Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead and manage the talent acquisition team to deliver on hiring goals and KPIs. 5. Analytics & Reporting Maintain and report recruitment and retention dashboard with trends and metrics such as time-to-fill, vacancy rate, hire success rate, reasons for termination etc. Analyze data to drive continuous improvement in recruitment practices and outcomes.
