The Early Careers Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner will lead recruitment efforts for internships and early-career positions across their respective region. This individual will manage the full-cycle recruitment process and drive initiatives that attract, engage, and develop the next generation of Vantage Data Centers talent.

Early Careers & Campus Recruitment
Lead full-cycle recruitment for internships, entry-level, and apprenticeship roles across assigned site(s).

Job Requirements

What You Will Do We are seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and inspire our recruitment team across the USCAN region and Global Functions. In this highly visible role, you will:
Provide leadership, guidance, and process expertise to a team of talent acquisition professionals, hiring managers, and our RPO provider (hourly).
Drive proactive workforce planning and talent pipelining in partnership with business leaders and HR partners across 17 US locations.
Spearhead and own pivotal TA projects, including technology enhancements, vendor evaluations, and process improvements.
