Job Summary:
The coordinator maintains all aspects of stakeholder files, including primary sourcing of clinical licensure and managing certifications; creation of electronic files, termination files and managing personal changes. The coordinator presents and manages new stakeholder orientation and the 90-day review process including the coordination of badges and Kronos #'s. The role also covers reception and administrative duties for the Talent Department; and manages engagement events and activities, and applies knowledge of policies, practices and procedures to resolve employee issues.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree preferred3-5 years' experience in an administrative type of role Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications Strong typing/keyboard skills Strong organizational skills Must present professional image

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through pre- and post-hire activities. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator facilitates a variety of logistical and recruitment activities for our Northeast locations.
Essential Job Functions


Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects. Responsible for organizing and attending off-site recruitment activities and building internal and external relationship Source, recruit, screen, interview and present qualified candidates for field sales, management, solar installations and operational positions for multi-state locations Travel throughout the eastern half of the US as needed for interviews, career fairs, recruiting events, onboarding of new hires, etc. Assist in the coordination and process of new hire orientations Other HR related duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a Bilingual Talent Coordinator with the following skills in our Pelham, AL branch that can provide great and efficient support: Superior customer service and excellent communication skills, computer literate, analytical and problem-solving skills, and able to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment. Candidate MUST have a willingness to meet and exceed set responsibilities and to think "outside of the box". This role will involve, but not limited to:
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Recruiting, applicant screening, interviewing, placing, counseling employees
Adequately judging quality of an applicant for correct placement
Listening to and applying constructive criticism
Working as a part of the team and solo
Must be able to work 40+ hours including overtime when necessary. Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5 pm as needed.
Must have excellent customer service skills, good clerical skills (type 40 - 50 wpm), and computer skills. Applicant must be an advanced user of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Must have reliable transportation and valid Driver's License.

Compensation:
