AMS Staffing, Inc is looking to hire a recruiter that has legal staff recruiting experience. This is a 100% remote position with a solid base salary + commissions. We have more work than we can handle currently and looking to grow our team.
Our recruiters will play a key role in identifying top candidates for our external clients. They will be actively sourcing talent to fill roles, conducting searches on LinkedIn and other job boards, networking, resume reviewing, interviewing, and acting as a point of contact throughout the hiring process. Recruiter Responsibilities:

Assist with interview preparations, all communications and extending offers to qualified applicants.

Work with hiring managers to ensure their staffing needs are met.
Assist with any other projects or functions within a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven work experience as a Legal Recruiter or similar position
3+ years of Recruiting Experience in a Legal Organizations
Positive attitude and ability to effectively communicate with attorneys, candidates, and staff
A high degree of personal investment and motivation in developing your career
A proven track record of hitting your goals.
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruit on social platforms and craft Boolean search strings)

We are 100% remote workforce. While we are intentional with our daily huddles, it can be hard for a lot of people to maintain your drive. In this role, you'll focus primarily on sourcing and early-stage candidate engagement, while flexing your support based on business demand. At times, you may own sourcing strategy and top-of-funnel delivery for specific roles; at other times, you may partner closely with recruiters to provide targeted sourcing, screening, or pipeline support for higher-volume or time-sensitive hiring needs.
This flexible model allows us to meet the business where it is, while maintaining a strong, consistent candidate experience and ensuring our teams have access to high-quality technical talent as Addepar scales thoughtfully.
The current range for this role is $90,000 - $140,000 (base salary) + benefits.

What You'll Do
Source and engage candidates for Product & Engineering roles across multiple teams and skill sets
Flex between owning top-of-funnel sourcing for specific searches and supporting recruiters with targeted pipeline or screening support

Capture meeting action items and summarize next steps
Create and update asset and deliverable lists
Help standardize agency best practices
Assist in multi-channel campaign coordination: website, strategy, video, email, text and social
Minimum Qualifications:
Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, marketing or similar field in progress (please note the full-time hours of this position) or recent graduate (up to one year from graduation)
Highly organized approach and strong project management skills.
Experience with video production processes and management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of Microsoft applications
Ability to learn digital project management tools
