As CEO at TalentWave, an independent workforce engagement solutions provider, I am tasked with identifying creative ways to bring value to TalentWave clients, resources and partners. Prior to TalentWave, I was a Group President at Randstad Sourceright and before that, I was the Contingent Workforce Outsourcing (CWO) Global Practice Leader for KellyOCG.

I am honored to have been recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts as one of the 100 Most Influential People for the last four years. I strive to bring the balance of learned experience and creative thinking to improve access to talent, speed, compliance, and program maturity. My passion lies within the intersection and interdependence of clients, suppliers, candidates, contractors and technology.

Moving forward, I will lead TalentWave to enable the marriage of independent workers and client work needs in a way that drives greater access, accountability, compliance and flexibility within the workforce. How do I plan to do that? By opening new possibilities for talent engagement across multiple platforms through Enterprise MSP or VMS programs, Talent Cloud providers, RPO architecture, and direct sourcing teams.

James attended University of Chicago and Cornell University.
