The Cybersecurity Intrusion Detection Analyst use data collected from a variety of cyber defense tools (e.g., IDS alerts, firewalls, network traffic logs) to analyze events that occur within their environments for the purposes of mitigating threats. They provide on-site 24x7x365 operational support in the form of event/incident handling and analysis capability to cybersecurity service subscribers. These highly skilled individuals will work in various capacities alongside Warning Intelligence Analysts and Engineers.
