Pros of working at Talview

There is nothing postive about this firm, it is a firm's with a motive to only take and make the most out of it.

Cons of working at Talview

I have worked in this firm for a year,as live proctor. When i first joined here i got 4 working days a day i would earn 600rs.I thought it was because I was new , later i realised that I had been very wrong waiting for an opportunity to work became a constant issue. In this one year i had never received either a salary hike not a promotion, they have no respect for an employee, they hire employees for other firms too.In a month the maximum working days i have received were 8/7 days some proctors are highly favoured by the team leaders and given more working days. Bad experience
