* Manages operations utilizing Six Sigma methodologies, including compiling, storing, retrieving, and analyzing production data.
* Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives.
* Trains and ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; STEM degree preferred.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Visio Design software, Time and Attendance Payroll Systems, Statistical tools (ex. Minitab), Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet software.
* Exceptional communication, comprehension and mathematical skills, as well as reasoning ability.

The Field Mechanic with MYR Group you'll travel to project sites across the designated service area, supporting our field teams. Perform a full range of servicing and repairs on various types of fleet equipment, including malfunctioning parts and systems. Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company schedules

The Electrical and Instrumentation Technician will perform instrumentation activities pertaining to automation, reliability standards, inspection, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement. * Modifies siemens 505 & S7 PLC and Wonderware HMI's.

* Supports a positive team atmosphere.
* Identifies parts needed for electrical maintenance and repair projects and obtains these parts from the parts room.
* Transports parts and equipment between work projects in progress.
* Uses electrical hand tools or voltage or amperage measuring and recording devices.
* Performs electrical repairs on various types of electrical equipment per SOP's and PM's.
* Bends, hangs and runs conduit where needed. Pulls electrical cable and wire in conduit. Transports and stacks conduit and electrical wire as needed.
* Trains operators on new systems and updates LOTO and SOP information.
Requirements
* High school diploma or GED equivalent.
* At least 1-year of related work experience.
* Functions well when working in a team environment.
* Ability to work rotating shifts.

Communicate effectively with customer, direct consultants and subcontractors on the project(s).
Responsible for the communication, implementation and enforcement of Gray's safety program on site.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and a minimum of three years related experience.
Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail applications. May also require working knowledge of scheduling applications.
