**Responsibilities**
+ Employee is required to repeatedly lift and handle battery parts, envelope materials, elements and batteries weighing from grams to 50 pounds.
+ Continuous and repetitive loading of plates into feed magazines and some hand stacking of positive and negative plates.
+ Perform first piece set-up, weld breaks, and weld analysis.
+ Will process 1000-2400 batteries per 10-hour shift.
+ Work with a multiple-person team in an area containing electrical powered machinery, torches, lead melting pots, conveyors, computers, and ventilation equipment.
+ Must learn and follow quality control specifications, maintain accurate and timely SPC charts, 002 forms, and other material control documents.
+ Will be exposed to lead (dust, fumes, and molten form), hot glue, and other hazards.
+ Must be able to understand and communicate in basic English to receive training, instructions and perform team responsibilities.
+ Recognize & Record scrap during shift when required.
+ Fill out JD Edwards reconciliation form, end of shift.

Safety is critical to the success of our construction projects and this position will be the key person responsible for adherence to our safety standards. The ideal candidate will provide proactive, visible leadership in developing the safety culture on the project site.Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines and EM 385 1-1 on assigned projects.
Create and implement a site-specific Accident Prevention (Safety) Plans for construction, site-specific environmental plans, including coordinating any hazardous materials remediation plans, Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) and Work plans.
Develop and implement Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training programs for on- site trades and supervisory personnel.
Implement a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) program that defines and controls the hazards of processes, jobs, and procedures.
Provide project safety orientations and briefs. Conduct weekly job site “toolbox” safety meetings for on-site trades and supervisory personnel.
Conduct daily site safety inspections, including PPE compliance, the condition of small tools, temporary facilities and power, operated equipment, working platforms (including ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts), perimeter fencing and gates, fire extinguishers, etc. Inspect all operated equipment for proper working order.
Conduct regular inspections of stormwater and erosion controls by the approved SWPPP.
Maintain applicable safety reference material on the job site, including Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and library.
Lead and document near miss and incident investigations performing root cause analysis.
Lead all on-site accident investigations together with the company Safety Officer and Superintendent. Coordinate the investigative efforts of insurance companies, project owners, and regulatory agencies (e.g., OSHA).
Oversee crane inspections, ensuring both operator and crane equipment certifications. Ensure load testing of the crane before material hoisting.
Enforce all safety and environmental policies and procedures. Ensure that all personnel have the proper PPE and are instructed in their use.
Ensure that all perimeter security is in place and properly installed, including fencing and gates, barricades, warning and safety signage, traffic control, temporary lighting, etc.
Ensure that on-site solvent and fuel storage is compliant with safety and environmental requirements, including storage in certified storage containers.
Conduct site safety briefings for all on-site trades and supervisory personnel, including new hires.
Ensure sub-contractor compliance with safety and health requirements, including the identification of a safety officer and contact information for each firm.
Ensure that field safety programs and policies are in place to promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory guidelines.
Works with safety management team to establish short-term and long-term goals and objectives for the Company's Health, Safety, & Environmental programs.

Individuals are required to be on the road four night a week, be willing and capable of working proficiently at heights, demonstrate the ability to use construction tools, must demonstrate an active interest and willingness to promote safety on the job sites and willingness to work on a team.
Physical Requirements include:
The ability to climb a vertical ladder up to heights exceeding 100'.
The ability to lift 100 pounds.
The ability to work overhead at heights exceeding 100' with the use of a safety belt and other safety equipment.
Must have motor skills necessary to bolt pieces together in awkward positions.
Must be able to bend, stoop, and have a full range of movement with both arms and both legs.
Must have hand-to-eye coordination to use a hammer to drive nails or use a chisel and use other hand tools.

Qualifications
Minimum Education: Professional independent licensure in State of Kansas is required; LSCSW, LMLP, Psy. D, Ph.D, LPCP or LCMFT preferred; if LMSW, LMFT, or LMLP, must be working toward clinical independent licensure.
Minimum Experience: Practicum, internship, or other experience working with children and adolescents, adults, families and group work and experience coordination of services with other State Protective and private collateral agencies is required
Must have good listening skills, verbal skills, and written communication skills
Must be able to observe patient demeanor and nonverbal communication for assessment purposes
Must be able and willing to have some flexibility in scheduling, to meet patient and organization needs
Must maintain Kansas State licensure and appropriate CEU's
Must be able to communicate effectively with referral sources and external care providers
Must have credentials or experience sufficient to be privileged to do outpatient admissions, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, neuropsychological and psychological testing (as appropriate to credentials) and collateral consultations
Must be proficient at basic keyboarding/word processing skills
Must be able to pass Kansas Bureau of Investigation Screen, Central Registry Screen, and DCF (Kansas Dept. for Children & Families, formerly SRS) background check

Qualifications
* Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
* Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
* Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
