Discount on product and commission on product sales.

Cons of working at Tan Republic

Management is terrible, work schedule is a joke (sent out the day before the week starts and only a weeks worth of days you’ll be working or not) owner is not involved enough to ensure managers do their job or even to make sure equipment is up and running properly,
