Bill Andrews - President and CEO - ExaGrid Systems Bill has over 30 years experience in high-tech marketing and has led numerous teams in high-growth companies. Bill has been leading the growth of ExaGrid systems for the past 13 years. Prior to ExaGrid, Bill was the vice president of marketing for Pedestal Software. Pedestal quickly became a leader in the security auditing space. Pedestal was acquired by Altiris, a public company. Before joining Pedestal Software, Bill was the senior vice president of marketing and sales for eDial, a developer of Voice over IP (VoIP) software. Prior to eDial, Bill was general manager of Adero's streaming media business unit. Bill came to Adero via Adero's acquisition of StarBurst. At StarBurst, Bill served as vice president of marketing and sales. Bill repositioned the company and guided StarBurst into an industry leadership position with 100 percent annual growth. Bill also held vice president of marketing and vice president of sales positions at Live Vault, Microcom and Bitstream. Earlier in his career, Bill held a series of marketing and sales roles at Data General and Compugraphic. He is a graduate of Fitchburg State College and holds a BS in Industrial Technology.

David received a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, and is completing his Ph.D in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has authored numerous papers in premier academic conferences and has studied botnets as part of his Ph.D. research. He was involved with the development of a successful startup (ClickFox, LLP), and is the inventor of their patented technology.
