About the role As a member of our Provider Growth team, you will be responsible for helping new provider organizations go from first contact to full activation. Your job is to make onboarding fast, simple, and effective - ensuring every new user sees value early and often. You will conduct outreach, run onboarding sessions, build self-serve tools, and guide practices through real-world integration of Tandem into their day-to-day workflows. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires both empathy and execution. You will work closely with ops, product, and engineering to build scalable processes, surface feedback, and help the company understand what providers actually need. Your work will directly impact how many patients get the support they need and how fast we can scale. This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
