About the role:
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How you will contribute:
· You will greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
· You will perform venipuncture of donors and programming of plasmapheresis machine.
· You will monitor donors during the donation process and manage donor reactions.
· You will perform all tasks required for the setup, verification, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment within scope of training.
· You will install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on the plasmapheresis machines
· You will stock supplies, break down empty cartons and assist with proper disposal.
· You will take and record donor pulse, blood pressure, and temperature measures and monitor electronic donor questionnaire system.
· You will perform finger sticks, test sample, and record other donor measures to include hematocrit, total protein, and weight.
· You will enter donor information into the Donor Information System (DIS).
· You will coordinate donors to donor floor and compensate donors using the Debit Card system.
· You will support the center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement, initiating changes to center processes through use of company approved procedures including 5S, Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen.

The Planner Buyer will be a key member of a core team that includes experienced professionals in Engineering, Commodity Management, Supplier Quality, and Manufacturing in a fast-paced environment. While managing Manufacturing Planning, on-time delivery to customers, and the Kanban ordering process, this role also incorporates supplier communications, negotiation, document preparation, records management, financial administration, scheduling, inventory management, and general problem-solving. The successful candidate will be a key team member in developing standard processes and supporting ongoing manufacturing operations.
This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and is part of the Manufacturing team, located in San Jose, and is an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Perform routine processes and apply knowledge of procurement & shipping (total cost model) by working closely with Procurement and Global Planning Teams to ensure material availability and prioritization for customers.
Develops competency and proficiency by performing procurement, shipping, and planning duties required to plan inventory levels and locations, and execute all forecasting and planning programs by analyzing manufacturing capacity to determine when items are built.
Be a champion for the material processes. Promote problem-solving around key deliverables through Daily Management, work to implement effective countermeasures, and provide feedback to affected parties on challenges.
This position will work closely with all other material team members in the plant to ensure effective tactical material execution, along with on-time delivery to the end customer. Will be responsible for communicating plans, challenges, and opportunities across the organization while working effectively to develop and implement solutions.
The essential requirements of the job include:
3 years of experience in Supply Chain planning and inventory control, with expertise in supply chain and inventory management systems (e.g., Advanced Excel, Kanban, Oracle, or similar inventory systems).
Excellent organizational skills and communication through multiple sites, departments, and organizational leadership levels.
Detail-oriented and focused on delivering value to the factory.
Strong analytical skills, initiative, judgment, and problem-solving ability, while driving a complex supply chain and inventory management system.

About the role:

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How you will contribute:
· You will answer phones, and greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team.
· You will screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.

Eurofins BPT San Diego is seeking a motivated intern to support our Analytical Science teams by assisting with laboratory tasks and process improvement initiatives. This position is a temporary, part-time, entry-level position involved in day-to-day activities in a laboratory setting under prescribed procedures (protocols, standard operating procedures, methods, etc.).
Responsibilities include:
* Generates data from a variety of laboratory techniques and analytical instrumentation such as but not limited to, pH, analytical balance, sample preparation, etc.
* Participates in studies as directed. Completes the necessary tasks associated with projects in designated areas.
* Carries out routine experiments and procedures in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements as defined by protocol, method, and standard operating procedures.
