ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Invoice & Check Processing
* Process and review invoices for accuracy, appropriate coding, and timely payment.
* Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
* Collaborate with Conservice to ensure accurate invoice processing, proper coding, and timely reporting.
* Print checks as needed, typically daily, and verify compliance with established timelines. Review the Check Preview Report for accuracy prior to check printing.
* Initiate and process stop payments (for checks $2,500 and above), voids, and reissued checks as necessary
* Reconcile outstanding checks and resolve aged items.
* Support virtual card payment resolution and vendor outreach.
Documentation Compliance
* Ensure all supporting documentation is uploaded to Nexus and/or MRI for stop payments, voids, and reissued checks for audit compliance.
* Maintain documentation and audit trails in Nexus and/or MRI including records for vendor onboarding and payment terms.
* Generate and file 1099s for all entities, including vendor review and W-9 collection.
* Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits.
AP Operations
* Assist in preparing and distributing recurring payments and financial reports.
* Monitor AP-related inboxes and respond to vendor, staff, and management inquiries promptly.
* Prepare general correspondence for vendors, managers, and other stakeholders.
* Provide backup support for employee expense reporting systems (e.g., Concur).
* Follow prescribed closing procedures for specific entities (e.g., Palm Beach, Tanger).
* Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
* Participate in AP system testing and implementation
* Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

The Team
In this position you will join Fidelity's Enterprise Cybersecurity business unit as a member of the Privileged Access Management team. We are a dynamic, high visibility team that provides a variety of access management services to all of Fidelity's business units. The Privileged Access Management team is comprised of engineers located in the US, Ireland, and India. The base salary range for this position is $107,000-216,000 USD per year.

Overview:
Edward Jones is seeking a Security Architect to support our digital transformation by embedding security into solution architecture. This role will help drive business agility, scalability, and resilience across on-premises and cloud environments.
What You'll Do:
The Security Architect will be responsible for embedding with solution architecture teams supporting the business portfolio to represent Information Systems security policies, standards, and requirements.

What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Functions
· Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
· Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and accurately process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions and ancillary products.

Technical Service Representative

The Visory Technical Service Representative Lead (Tier 2) will serve as the dedicated on-site technical support resource for a key wealth management client in New York City (Midtown). This role provides advanced troubleshooting, escalated issue resolution, and high-quality customer service while acting as the primary technical point of contact for all on-site needs. Working from the client's office Monday through Friday, the TSR Lead will manage and resolve the client's support tickets, coordinate with the broader Technical Service Team for escalations, and ensure consistent, reliable IT support.

Enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws and regulations.
Participate in audits and compliance reviews as directed by the corporate office or District Manager.
Supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention by verifying and documenting cash overages/shortages, vault, inventory, deposits, and expenses.
Conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties.
Participate in the selection, review, hiring, and retention of new employees.
Develop work schedules in accordance with budget, workloads, and store needs. Ensure the store is staffed for optimal performance.

Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and address basic facility needs, including scheduling maintenance services. This includes overseeing the store planogram and ensuring seasonal and/or promotional marketing material are displayed properly.
Perform duties outside of the office, when applicable, including on site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing.
Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership.
Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.*

As part of the Originations team, the Private Credit Analyst is responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of loan applicants in the business purpose residential lending space as well as assessing the underlying collateral of the project. This role involves analyzing financial data, assessing risk, and making recommendations to ensure the integrity of our loan portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Review and analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess the creditworthiness of loan applicants.
Evaluate the viability of proposed real estate investments, including property value, market conditions, and borrower experience.
Prepare detailed credit memos with recommendations for loan approval or decline, ensuring alignment with company policies and risk appetite.
Identify potential risks associated with loan applications and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure all credit analysis and documentation comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and organized records of credit decisions and supporting documentation.
Stay informed of changes in regulations and best practices within the residential lending space.
Collaborate with loan officers, processors, and other team members to gather necessary information and provide clear communication on credit decisions.

Qualifications
